|2||Chicken breasts; cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|1||Prepared pizza crust; (12 inch)|
|½ cup||Red pepper strips|
|1 teaspoon||Chopped cilantro|
|1 pack||Mozzarella and Cheddar Pizza Shredded Cheese|
Directions: Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken, cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Stir in salsa. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture over pizza crust. Sprinkle with red pepper and cilantro. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
