| 3 | tablespoons | Coriander seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Black peppercorns |
| 3 | tablespoons | Poppy seeds |
| 2 | teaspoons | Black mustard seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cumin seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Turmeric |
| 10 | Cloves | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a spice mill and grind to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container. The hottest curry powder found in Africa.
