Yield: 4 servings
|1⅓ cup||Tea concentrate (qv)|
|1||Vanilla bean, 3" piece|
|1⅓ cup||Peach nectar or juice|
|1⅓ cup||Water, sparkling|
In a 1 to 1½ quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.
Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with sugar) for other uses.
Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour over ice.
