Herb wings

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Chicken Wings *
¼ cup Dry White Wine
⅓ cup Olive Oil
2 Lemon Rind, Grated
2 Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
4 tablespoons Parsley, Minced
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

* Chicken wings should have tips removed and be cut in half at the joint.

~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~- Mix all ingredients in a plastic bagand knead occasionally for 2 hours. Cook on a grill or under a broiler, cooking for 10 minutes on one side, then turning and basting with marinade. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until done. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
