|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|⅓ cup||Chopped onion|
|1 can||Cream of celery, condensed|
|½ cup||Tomato juice|
|¾ cup||Beef bullion|
|⅓ cup||Cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 teaspoon||Chili powder|
|¼ cup||Pimento stuffed olive, slice|
|12 eaches||Cheese biscuits|
|Pimento olives for garnish|
|2 cups||Buttermilk biscuit mix|
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet, pour off excess fat.
Add all ingredients except biscuits, simmering until slightly thickened.
To serve: spoon mixture into center of platter and surround with hot cheese biscuits, garnish with sliced Pimento stuffed olives.
cut shortening and shredded cheese into 2 cups all p[purpose buttermilk biscuit mix. Add milk, stir with fork to make soft dough, beat 15 strokes. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F. 12 to 15 minutes.
