Graham bavarian

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Gelatin
½ cup Cold water
½ cup Boiling water
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups Whipping cream
1½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
½ teaspoon Vanilla
Few grains salt

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in stiffly whipped cream, crumbs, and flavoring. Pour into molds. Chill 12 servings.
