|50||Kraft caramels 14oz bag|
|1 pack||German chocolate cake mix|
|¾ cup||Butter; melted|
|⅓ cup||Evaporated milk|
|1 cup||Chopped nuts|
|1 cup||Chocolate chips|
Melt caramels with evaporated milk over low heat. (keep warm) Mix cake mix with butter, milk and nuts by hand. Mix will be sticky. Put in oblong greased and floured cake pan. Bake 9 minutes at 350. Sprinkle crust with chocolate chips. Pour caramel mix over this and bake 18 minutes at 350.
