German salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (large) chopped kraut; with juice
1 Jar (medium) pimento; with juice
1¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Chopped green pepper

Mix all ingredients together well. Store in refrigerator overnight in a covered container. Good served with meats.
