Yield: 10 servings
|1½ tablespoon||White Horseradish|
|1 pint||Gefulte Fish|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon Juice|
|1 dash||White Pepper|
|8 ounces||Cream Cheese; softened|
Drain fish and mash with fork. Put in remaining ingredients and stir. Can put into a mold by first lining the mold with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.
Unmold. Serve with crackers or matzo.
