Filipino fish soup

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch
Thick
2 mediums Green peppers, cut into
Rings 1/4-inch wide
4 ounces Onion, cut into thin slices
1½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Water
1½ pounds Fish, cut into 1 1/2-inch
Slices
⅓ cup Watercress, chopped

In saucepan combine tomatoes, green peppers, onion, salt and water and bring to a boil. Add fish and cook 5 to 8 minutes, or until fish is tender. Add watercress, heat 1 minute and serve at once. *From Weight Watchers International Cookbook* Submitted By MICHELLE BRUCE On 01-31-95
