|1 pounds||Beef, ground|
|1 medium||Onion; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Flour, all-purpose|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|8 ounces||Musrhooms; drained|
|1 can||Soup, cream of chicken|
|8 ounces||Sour cream|
|8 ounces||Egg noodles; cooked/drained|
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and mushrooms; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring mixture constantly.
Stir soup into meat mixture; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream, and cook only until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
