Creamy balsamic dressing

Yield: 10 Oz

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in 2-cup bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill several hours before serving over salad greens. Makes enough for 8-10 people.

SERVING SUGGESTION: For a truly Italian entree, serve shredded chicken over iceberg lettuce topped with this dressing.
