Crab quiche #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Flour
2 \N Eggs; beaten
½ cup Milk
2 cans (6-oz) crabmeat; flaked and drained
⅓ cup Chopped green onions
1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
2 cups Shredded swiss cheese
1 \N 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

From: Ranger@... (Glenn/Sharon Gorman) Date: 5 Aug 1994 16:47:11 -0400 In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
