Cocoa pasta

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Semolina flour
2 tablespoons Powdered cocoa
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Beaten eggs

Sift flour, cocoa, and sugar. Mix the vanilla and eggs together. Add flour mixture slowly to the eggs. Knead into a smooth ball (add small amts of ice water if needed). Use machine, or hand roll.
