Put round steak through a tenderizer twice. Cut into four 6-inch squares. Dredge with flour then salt and pepper to taste. Sear on grill then lightly fill each with cornbread dressing. Roll and secure each with toothpicks. Place birds in baking dish and cover with 2 to 3 cups of beef gravy. Bake in preheated 325 F oven for 45 mins. Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 servings.
