Christmas butterscotch

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
2 cups Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Chopped nuts

1. Cook butter and sugar together until smooth. Cool.

2. Add eggs and beat. Add baking powder and sifted flour, vanilla and nuts.

3. Bake in a greased cake pan 15 -20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, cut into squares.
