Chocolate "meltaway" cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Sq baking chocolate
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs; beaten and fluffy
2 cups Powdered sugar
1 cup Walnuts
4 cups Midget marshmallows
1 pack (8 oz.) fine grated coconut (for coating)

Mix chocolate and butter; melt and cool. Mix powdered sugar and eggs together, then mix with vanilla and salt. Add walnuts and marshmallows into chocolate mixture. Mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.

Drop by tablespoon into coconut. Roll over completely to cover. Place on wax paper to set up. Yields 36 cookies the size of an egg. Very good for freezing. Refrigerate or freeze those not used at 1 time.
