Chocolate pie #7

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Flour; (heaping)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Large can evaporated milk
½ Stick margarine or butter
¼ cup Cocoa
2 Egg yolks
1 cup Milk; 1 cup (mixed)
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix flour,cocoa,sugar.Add egg yokes.Add milk a little at a time until you have the dry ingredients and eggs mixed well. Add vanilla and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly.Pour into baked pie shell.

Top with meringue and brown. Makes 2 - 8 inch pies from filling.
