Yield: 4 Servings
|½ pounds||Ground beef round|
|½ cup||Frozen chopped onion|
|½ cup||Frozen chopped green bell pepper|
|1||7 oz can whole kernel sweet corn; drained|
|4 teaspoons||Chili powder|
|4 larges||Burger buns; split|
1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over high heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. reduce heat; cover and cook 5 minutes.
3. To serve, spoon beef mixture into buns.
