Lots of chicken breasts (whatever will fit in your pan(s) Some of your favorite seasonings I usually use Sesame Oil soy Sauce Garlic paste Lime juice Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350-375. Prepare chicken breasts and place in cooking dish. Mix together seasonings and lightly brush on chicken. Cover chicken with a light coating of parmesan cheese. Cook for 15 minutes.
Turn over chicken and re-season and re-cover with parmesan. Cook another 15 minutes.
