Chicken sticks

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 pounds Boneless chicken; cut in 1 1/2 inch strips
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Combine last 8 ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture, then in flour. Fry in deep fat fryer for about 12 minutes.
