Chicken livers indonesian style

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken livers
1 cup Coconut milk
3 tablespoons Butter
1 Onion; chopped
1 Cl Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ cup Almonds; ground
2 tablespoons Lemon rind; grated
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt

Recipe by: Elizabeth Powell Preparation Time: 0:50 Melt butter, add onion, garlic and chili powder, and saute 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add livers and saute for five minutes, until livers are cooked through, but still pink inside. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
