Chicken and dumplings #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Hen or fryer
2 Eggs
½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
Flour

Boil chicken & remove from pan, saving broth. Debone. Beat eggs; add milk, salt & enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out on waxed paper about ⅛-inch thickness & cut into strips. Cook in boiling broth, covered, about 10 minutes. Add chicken & set aside. Let set for about 4-6 hours.
