|Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes|
1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup ½ cup milk dash pepper 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes ½ cup thinly sliced onion 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine dash paprika
Blend soup, milk, and pepper. In 1 ½-qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until done. Makes about 4 cups.
