Cheese focaccia

Measure Ingredient

1 pounds Loaf frozen bread dough; thaw as pkg directs
1 \N Egg
1 cup Cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan
½ teaspoon Dried basil
½ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¾ cup Prepared pizza sauce
3 ounces Mozzarella

Prep: 20 mins Rising: 1 hr Cook: 30 mins Divide bread dough in half. Press and stretch one half into greased 13x9" baking pan, pushing dough up sides to form shallow rim. In sm bowl beat egg, stir in reamining ingreds except pizza sauce and mozzarella. Spread evenly over dough. Stretch remaining half of dough to fit pan, place over filling and press dough edges to seal completely. Let rise in warm place until doubled about 1 hr. Spread pizza sauce evenly over top of bread dough, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 375, 30 mins until edges are crusty and cheese melts. Cool 5 mins. Cut into squares. Source: Knudsen
