Cauliflower dip

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head cauliflower
1 Stalk celery
4 Carrots
⅓ teaspoon Hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
1 Onion; grated
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
¼ cup Water

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add grated onion, hot sauce, Worcestershire & cream cheese. Blend by mixer or blender for 3 minutes.

Wash cauliflower, celery & carrots; cut into bite size pieces & serve.
