½ cup Dark brown sugar
⅓ cup Light corn syrup
⅓ cup Heavy cream

SIMMER THE FIRST THREE ingredients 10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.

Stir in the cream until smooth. Makes 1¼ Cups
