Burke's greek spaghetti

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Green pepper -- chopped
1 large Onion -- chopped
1 Stick butter
1 small Can Ripe olives
1 medium Can Mushrooms
1 large Can Stewed tomatoes
8 ounces Grated Old English cheese
1 pounds Spaghetti -- cooked & drained
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ can Milk

Saute peppers and onions in melted stick of butter. Add olives, mushrooms and stewed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer spaghetti, sauce and cheese; repeat layers. Top with cream of mushroom soup diluted with ½ can of milk. Bake for 35--45 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. '50 Recipe By :
