Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pack||(10-oz) refrigerated pizza dough|
|1 pounds||Ground chuck|
|¾ cup||Prepared pizza sauce|
|3 ounces||Shredded Mozzarella cheese|
|3 ounces||Shredded Cheddar cheese; divided|
|1 medium||Tomato; thinly sliced|
|½ cup||Thinly sliced red onion rings|
|3 slices||Bacon; cooked, drained and crumbled|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Press dough into buttered 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside. Cook ground chuck until brown and crumbly; drain fat. Combine cooked meat and pizza sauce. Spread over prepared crust.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella and ⅓ of the Cheddar cheese. Top with tomatoes, onion rings and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden and filling is hot. Serve immediately.
