Burgandy burgers

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
⅓ cup Burgandy wine
1 small Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Garlic salt

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties, about ¾ inch thick. Grill patties, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 - 15 minutes.
