Boston corn chowder

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 slices Bacon, diced
440 grams Corn kernels (2 small tins)
1 large Onion, finely chopped
3 cups Chicken stock (750ml)
1 cup Cream (250ml) - fresh
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 Bay leaf

1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4.

Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon - serve
