Bobby's mama's kal bi ribs (korean bbq ribs)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Short ribs (up to 5)
½ cup Shoyu; (soy sauce)
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds (up to 3)
⅛ teaspoon Dried red pepper
3 Cloves garlic; minced (up to 4)
½ cup Green onions; chopped
1 Piece fresh ginger root; grated, 1"x1/2"
1 tablespoon Sesame oil (up to 2)
1 dash Pepper

Kal Bi Ribs Combine all ingredients except ribs. Mix well. Add ribs and marinate for several hours (overnight is best). Turn a few times. Broil on hibachi until well browned (3 or 4 minutes on each side). Enjoy! Me ke aloha, Mary Spero
