Blueberry cheesecake pie

Measure Ingredient
1 (9" deep dish or 10")
Unbaked pastry shell
1 can (21 oz) blueberry filling
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
(optional)
1 (8 oz) pack softened cream
Cheese
1 can Swwetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Place rack on lowest postion in oven, preheat to 425. Combine filling with ½ tsp. peel' pour into pastry. BAke 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk then lemon juice, vanilla & ½ tsp. peel. Pour over filling. Reduce heat to 350. BAke 25 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
