Yield: 4 Servings
|⅛ teaspoon||Freshly ground pepper|
|3 cups||Iceberg lettuce; chopped|
|1½ cup||Tomatoes; diced|
|4||Burrito-size tortillas; softened|
1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble.
2. Combine mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl. Stir in bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Fill each of 4 tortillas with a generous 1 cup mixture; fold in sides and roll up.
