Yield: 16 Servings
|1 teaspoon||Extract, vanilla|
|2 tablespoons||Baking cocoa|
|½ cup||Walnuts, black; chopped|
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; add to sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick. Cool on a wire rack.
