Black bean soup (veg times)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Black beans
4 cups Water
3 Bay leaves
4 Cloves
2 Onions, chopped
2 Garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
1½ teaspoon Chili powder
Salt to taste

Add all ingredients except salt to boiling water. Simmer till tender.

Puree. Add salt to taste & serve.
