Bittersweet mocha sauce

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
2 Squares unsweetened
Chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon Instant coffee dissolved in
¼ cup Hot water
½ cup Sugar
dash Salt
¾ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Light cream

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about one minute, turning blender off and scraping down sides after 30 seconds.

Serve over pudding, cake or ice cream. Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.
