Believe it or not cake

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Soda
10½ ounce Campbell's tomato soup; can
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Cloves; ground
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Nuts; lightly dredged in fl ur

Cream butter and sugar. Add soda to soup. Beat into creamed mixture. Mix and sift flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and baking powder. Add to first mixture; beat well. Add raisins and chopped nuts. Turn into greased and floured 12 x 8 x 2" cake pan. Bake @ 350 degrees 40 minutes While still warm spread with cream cheese frosting (follows).
