2¼ cup Whole wheat flour
1¼ cup Stale beer
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
1½ tablespoon Oat flour
1½ cup Rye flour

Place all ingredient into the breadmaker. Process on the white bread cycle.
