Beer cheese bread #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
10 ounces Beer; at room temperature
4 ounces Processed American cheese
4 ounces Jack cheese; or any other (cut in 1/4" cubes)
