Beef carpaccio

Measure Ingredient
1 each Beef tenderloin sliced
½ each Lettuce
3/16 each Celery
¼ each Parmesan
3/16 each Olive oil
½ each Lemon juice
½ each Mustard
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Put lettuce in the middle of plate.
\N \N Top with sliced beef.
\N \N Top with celery and parmesan.
\N \N Mix with olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.
