|2 pounds||Beef sirloin or inside round steak; boneless|
|4 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|4 cups||Fresh vegetables; cut up|
|(broccoli, carrot, celery)|
|4||Garlic cloves; minced|
|2 cans||Tomato soup|
|2 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
Slice beef across the grain into thin strips, In large skillet or wok, heat oil. Stir-fry beef until browned.
remove from skillet; set aside. In same skillet, in remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables with garlic until tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, soy sauce and vinegar. Bring to boil. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice, if desired.
