Basic turkey burger plus

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Turkey -- ground
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
½ cup Bread crumbs -- seasoned
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup Onions -- finely chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 Egg -- beaten
4 Buns, burger -- toasted

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except burger buns. Shape meat mixture into four patties, ½-inch thick. Broil or grill burgers about 6 inches from heat, for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
