Basic pizza dough, weight watchers

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ cup All-purpose flour
1 Envelope active dry yeast
½ teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Hot water (120 -130 deg. F)

Makes two 12" pizza crusts. 8 Servings each.

1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, the yeast and salt. With electric mixer, slowly beat in water; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With mixer on medium speed, beat in ½ cup flour; beat 2 minutes, until dough is stiff. Stir in 1½ cups flour. 2. Sprinkle clean work surface with ¼ cup flour.
