New Mexico BBQ Sauce
2 Haas avocados chopped

2 Tomatoes, seeded, coarsely
Diced
6 ounces Good quality Blue cheese
6 ounces Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
Chopped Romaine lettuce

Toss romaine lettuce in Cayenne Buttermilk dressing, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
