Barbecue sauce noodle dough

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg [a]
1 tablespoon Tomato-based barbecue sauce [a]
4 teaspoons Water [a]
1 cup Unbleached all purpose flour

Mix [a] lightly, then stir into the flour with a fork. When stiff enough to handle, knead 10 minutes then let rest 30 minutes covered. Makes about 10 ounces
