|2 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Plum jam (I used strawberry and gooseberry and it still came out OK)|
|1 tablespoon||White wine vinegar|
|1 teaspoon||Worcester sauce|
|1 teaspoon||Mustard powder|
|2 tablespoons||Tomato ketchup|
|Some lemon juice|
Mix it all togther, and slap it on whatever you want to barbecue. It's a bit sweet, but I like that sort of thing! DISRAEL@...
