Barbecuded pork and apple pizza

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Warm water
1 tablespoon Molasses
1 pack Yeast; quick-acting
1 cup Semolina flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Olive oil
8 ounces Pork tenderloin; sliced
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup Barbecue sauce
1 Tart apples; sliced
8 ounces Smoked lowfat provolone cheese; shredded



1. Preheat oven to 375'F 2. Mix ingrediants for base in Bread Maker. Allow to rise for 10-15min. 3. Punch dough down and into shape for base. Place in oven and bake until firm. 4. In a bowl, toss pork with mustard, spinkle with majoram and bake for 15min in oven, 5. Increase oven temperature to 450'F. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and top with barbecue sauce, pork, apples and cheese. Bake for 6-7min or until cheese is brown.
