Yield: 8 Servings
|¼ cup||Balsamic vinegar|
|3 larges||Cloves garlic; crushed|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Cracked black pepper|
|2 pounds||Top round steak; 1 1/2" thick|
In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins.
