Yield: 4 servings
|Milk to 2 cups (with eggs)|
|4 ounces||Cheddar cheese..grated|
|4 ounces||Mozerello cheese..Optional|
|1½ cup||Elbow macaroni|
|Salt & pepper and marg.|
Beat eggs in 2 cup measuring cup - add milk to make 2 cups.
In Corning ware dish...layer noodles, grated cheese, salt/pepper and 2 or 3 pats of margarine. Add milk/egg mixture.
Bake on high for 20 minutes. Stop at 10 mins and pull away from sides -
so mixture will cook evenly.
